NextEvolve Budget Foundations Program

Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure our refund policy is fair and transparent. Our budget foundations program offers refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

Full Refund (100%)

Available within 14 days of enrollment if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials. This allows you to explore the initial modules and decide if the program meets your expectations.

Partial Refund (60%)

Available between 15-30 days of enrollment, provided you haven't completed more than 50% of the program content. Processing fee of 150 Thai Baht applies for administrative costs.

No Refund

After 30 days from enrollment date or upon completion of more than 50% of course materials, whichever comes first. Certificate downloads also forfeit refund eligibility.

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Here's exactly what happens when you submit a refund request:

Our team reviews your request within 3 business days. We'll verify your enrollment date, course progress, and eligibility based on our policy terms.

Confirmation

You'll receive email confirmation of approval or denial within 5 business days. Approved refunds include processing timeline and amount breakdown.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Bank transfers typically take 2-3 additional days, while credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear.

Important: Refund processing times may be extended during Thai public holidays or banking holidays. We'll notify you of any expected delays via email.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for enrollment. Here are the typical processing times for different payment methods:

Special Circumstances

We recognize that exceptional situations may warrant special consideration beyond our standard policy terms:

Medical or Family Emergencies: If you're unable to complete the program due to serious medical issues or family emergencies, contact us directly. We review these cases individually and may offer extended timelines or alternative solutions.
Technical Issues: If technical problems on our platform prevented you from accessing course materials, we'll investigate and may offer full refunds regardless of the standard timeline.
Course Content Issues: If the program content significantly differs from what was advertised or contains substantial errors that affect your learning experience, we'll address this on a case-by-case basis.

Special circumstance requests require additional documentation and may take up to 14 business days for review. All decisions are final once made.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain program components are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• One-on-one coaching sessions that have already been conducted
• Downloadable resources, worksheets, or templates that have been accessed
• Physical materials shipped to your address
• Third-party software licenses or tools provided as part of the program
• Certificate processing fees for completed courses
• Administrative fees for payment plan setups
These items represent delivered value that cannot be returned or un-accessed once provided to you.
