You'll receive email confirmation of approval or denial within 5 business days. Approved refunds include processing timeline and amount breakdown.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Bank transfers typically take 2-3 additional days, while credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear.
Important: Refund processing times may be extended during Thai public holidays or banking holidays. We'll notify you of any expected delays via email.

Non-Refundable Items

• Physical materials shipped to your address

• Certificate processing fees for completed courses
